Silver Lining Design Company was born out of resilience during one of the most challenging times in my life. In 2012, I sustained a potentially career-ending shoulder injury that left me feeling hopeless, isolated, and uncertain about my future. In an effort to occupy my time, I stumbled upon jewelry-making and soon discovered that selling my creations could not only provide a creative outlet, but also cover some of my expenses while being off work. What started as a small act of survival became my "Silver Lining"—a business that allows me to bring comfort, connection, and creativity to others. Every piece I create is made with care, precision, and an appreciation for the people and stories behind it.

Due to the custom nature of our products we do NOT accept returns for any reason. If there is ever an issue with your product, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it. I am always more than willing to work out replacements and such on a case by case basis.

How will I receive my order?
We offer two options for receiving your order:
1) Shipping. We ship first class mail with tracking (Priority mail for larger orders) You will receive a tracking number in an automated email after your order ships.
2) Porch Pick Up- For local customers, we offer porch pickup at your convenience. The address is located when you select pickup and will be sent via email after you complete your order.
We strive to get orders completed in a timely manner while still ensuring quality. Please keep in mind that we are a mama owned shop operated primarily by one person. All items are designed, cut and hand painted and not mass produced. We state our turnaround time as 14 BUSINESS DAYS, which is subject to change during holiday rush. Most orders are completed much quicker, and anything that will take longer will be communicated through the email you used to order.
